Application Form
A candidate for Membership must complete the Club’s official application form. This form must be signed by the candidate’s proposer and seconder, both of whom must personally know the candidate.
Eminent or Honorary Membership applicants are also required to complete the official application form; however, a proposer and seconder are not needed.
Proposer and Seconder
Both the proposer and seconder must meet any of the following criteria:
Be or have been Full Members of ZIMUSA Dallas GC in good standing.
Have attended or played in at least one ZIMUSA Dallas GC golf tournament.
Have volunteered at a ZIMUSA Dallas GC tournament or event.
Be a Title Sponsor or Donor of ZIMUSA Dallas GC.
You can become a donor with contributions starting at $50 or a Title Sponsor with contributions starting at $350. For more details, visit zimusa.org/tournament-sponsor-levels.
Exclusion: Proposers and seconders must not hold the position of Officer of the Club, nor be members of the Board or Golf Committee.
Board or Golf Committee
Proposers and seconders must have been Full Members in good standing for at least three (3) seasons.

Encourage Compliance: Foster understanding and adherence to the USGA Rules of Golf by serving as a representative authority.
Maintain Standards: Implement a uniform handicapping system under USGA guidelines and ensure members maintain an official USGA Handicap.
Organize Competitions: Govern and conduct club competitions, providing a platform for skill development and community engagement.
